Which non-surgical fat reduction treatment should I get?
I want to get a non-surgical procedure to get rid of fat around my stomach. I’m a 45 and no matter how healthy I eat or how much I exercise I can’t get rid of it. There’s so many of these types of treatments and I’m not sure how to figure out which is best. I feel like I’m seeing a lot of good things about coolsculpting, but there’s also vanquish and ultrashape. What’s the difference between them? Is one better than the other?

Honestly, unless there is very little fat present none of them work very well. Although the companies tout their transformational effects and show stunning before and afters, often these people responded in the best 1% or had many more treatments that a regular person would be willing to have. Nonsurgical fat reduction is generally reserved for those who have too little fat to liposuction but want something done about the little bit they have. Its impossible to tell which category you fit into without examining you, so its probably a good idea to meet with a board-certified plastic surgeon near you.
